Solution Director: Data & AI

About the role

AND Digital is hiring a Technical Solution Director for its Data & AI practice area, reporting directly to the US CTO. The role defines and executes the go-to-market strategy, builds ecosystem partnerships and guides solution delivery through AND's club model. It is based on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte or South Florida).

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, uncover client challenges and show the possibilities of Data & AI.
• Translate business needs into Data & AI solutions, support business cases and pre-sales, and oversee architecture quality and delivery outcomes.
• Drive automation, MLOps and engineering best practices, and ensure projects hit measurable client KPIs.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities, partner with clients and partners (e.g. AWS) to co-sell, and help define go-to-market strategy and reusable accelerators.
• Represent AND's AI capability externally in proposals, events and industry forums, aiming for a leveraged revenue impact of around $2.5m+.
• Own the Data & AI proposition, partnerships and thought leadership, and develop training and mentoring.
• Mentor AI and data engineers, contribute to US recruitment and onboarding, and shape the foundation of the AI practice in the US.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data and AI delivery.
• Proven record leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
• Experience embedding AI into client products or workflows, and working with hyperscale clients or consultancies.
• Experience coaching, scaling and enabling teams across multiple geographies, using metrics or OKRs.
• Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte or South Florida).

Required skills

• Strong technical background in AWS, Snowflake and other modern data platforms, including AWS Bedrock, SageMaker and Connect.
• Architecture reviews, code quality and system design governance.
• Commercial and stakeholder management, and excellent communication and storytelling.
