About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Engineering Associate to join our fast‑paced, multidisciplinary software team in Atlanta. • Perform manual QA testing and contribute to test automation using Playwright.
• Complete small, well‑scoped development tasks across the software stack.
• Participate in iterative product development, helping refine features and ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Collaborate across disciplines to clarify requirements, identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and verify technical feasibility.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and rapid development cycles typical of early‑stage environments.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in software development and product delivery.
• Ability to break down vague inputs into structured, testable requirements.
• Comfortable asking targeted questions to uncover missing details and validate assumptions.
• Effective communicator who can work collaboratively with product, QA, and engineering teams.
• Willingness to progress through a crawl → walk → run development path.

Required skills

• Playwright (test‑automation tool)
• Linear (ticket‑tracking system)
