About the role

Join Realm, an AI-first engineering team building solutions for the mining industry. As a new‑grad Software Engineer you will work on real features deployed at active mine sites, collaborating with senior engineers and taking ownership early on.

Key responsibilities

Develop and ship production code that runs on mine infrastructure such as cameras, SCADA systems, and drones.
Collaborate across the stack to deliver end‑to‑end features, from backend services to front‑end interfaces.

Required profile

BS in Computer Science or related field with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
US citizen or permanent resident able to work remotely from the United States.

Required skills

Proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience with AI‑first development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and a comfort with AI, computer vision, or machine‑learning concepts.
