About the role

Beacon AI Inc. is seeking an iOS/Mobile Software Engineer to build high‑impact applications for its flight‑safety platform. Based in San Carlos, you will work in a hybrid setting, creating safety‑critical features that help pilots operate more safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI and modern frameworks to visualise real‑time flight data.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, designers and hardware teams to deliver high‑performance, user‑friendly mobile interfaces.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews and the application of modern architectural patterns such as async/await.
• Integrate complex internal and external APIs, ensuring reliable networking and data handling.

Required profile

• 2 + years of professional iOS development experience.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder) with a strong interest in aviation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership startup environment.
