About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, as a Software Engineer II. You will work on moderate‑complexity projects, designing and developing components that support legal‑tech solutions for a global customer base. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring on‑site presence in Horsham, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET applications integrated with Oracle databases.
• Write and review technical specifications for moderately complex system components.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs.
• Create and maintain unit, integration, and automated test suites using modern frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute constructive feedback.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
