Software Engineer (Full-Stack & AI Agent Lead)

About the role

We are looking for a technical lead who will own the architecture and production code across our product portfolio. You will work directly with the founder, ship to production weekly, and embed AI agents into every product we build.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack systems for multiple products using Next.js, Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL.
• Design multi-agent AI pipelines with Claude, LangChain and on-premise GPU inference.
• Own end-to-end production deployments on Cloudflare, Vercel and related monitoring/SEO tooling.
• Make and document hard architectural decisions, avoiding vague “figure it out later” approaches.
• Lead future engineering hires and set standards for code quality.
• Switch between diverse codebases (e.g., accounting, cannabis, scouting) while maintaining context.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and ship production web applications end-to-end.
• Deep comfort with modern React/Next.js, Node.js and Python.
• Hands-on experience integrating large language models into products, not just API calls.
• Strong opinions about clean architecture and the discipline to keep things simple.
• Self-directed, able to turn a one-line problem statement into a concrete plan.
• Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple concurrent projects.
