Software Engineer, Applied AI

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build AI agents that automate the daily workflows of doctors' offices. The role involves creating production‑grade systems that handle real money and patient data for thousands of practices, working across the full stack from agent architecture to data pipelines and reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AI agents that run autonomous office workflows.
• Build and operate large‑scale data pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure system reliability, diagnose and resolve live production incidents with minimal disruption.
• Automate repetitive engineering tasks and develop tooling to improve speed and safety.
• Design schemas and pipelines for massive datasets powering applied AI.
• Work with databases, caches, proxies, and job‑orchestration systems.

Required profile

• Excited to work with frontier AI models.
• Focus on reliability and correctness, not just functionality.
• Comfortable troubleshooting production incidents quickly.
• Passionate about automating engineering workflows.
• Experience with databases, caching layers, and orchestration tools.
