Software Engineer - AI & Internal Systems

About the role

Quindar is building The Grid, an AI‑native system that connects how the entire company thinks, communicates, and executes. This role embeds across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Programs, and Operations to understand workflows and use software, AI agents, integrations, and automation to dramatically improve them.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with teams across Quindar to identify repetitive or fragmented workflows and turn them into software solutions.
• Connect SaaS tools, APIs, databases, LLMs, and AI agents, building custom integrations when off‑the‑shelf products aren’t sufficient.
• Create workflows that translate product specifications into structured engineering work and provide coding agents with reliable context.
• Build systems that keep internal, customer, and administrator documentation continuously up‑to‑date.
• Enable secure AI‑assisted workflows for government proposals and other controlled information.

Required profile

• Strong urgency, curiosity, technical judgment, and speed over title or tenure.
• Comfortable writing production software and learning unfamiliar systems quickly.
• Enjoys talking to users to understand problems before building solutions.
• High ownership, willing to question existing processes, and able to work with minimal detailed specifications.
