Software Developer I

About the role

Advantage Design Group is seeking an early‑career Software Developer I to write, test and maintain C# and .NET code for its Advantage Orientation and HR Engage platforms. You will work closely with senior engineers, designers, video producers and project managers while gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive, mentorship‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write, test and maintain production code in C# and .NET, including features across SQL Server, front‑end pages and the content platform.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions and troubleshooting, documenting solutions for the team.
• Collaborate with designers, video producers and project managers to deliver client experiences.

Required profile

• Up to two years of professional software development experience (internships, co‑ops, coursework or personal projects).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and ask questions early.

Required skills

• C# and object‑oriented programming.
• .NET, ASP.NET (MVC or Core).
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• SQL and SQL Server.
• Git or other version‑control system.
