IT Manager – Vision Delivery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Manager to lead Vision Deliver initiatives at its Jacksonville distribution center. The role combines technical product ownership with functional leadership of warehouse management platforms, driving automation and AI use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for warehouse management, distribution and DC automation.
• Own architecture and solution governance in partnership with engineering, security and business teams.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, lead agile ceremonies and coordinate cross‑squad delivery.
• Lead service performance, reliability and cybersecurity for SAP EWM, WMS, WCS and integrated automation.
• Manage product economics, vendor performance and total cost of ownership.
• Directly manage 1–2 employees and oversee 3–5 contractors, handling coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in supply‑chain technology, warehouse operations or similar.
• Proven product ownership experience with roadmap, backlog and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• SAP EWM (including at least one warehouse implementation).
• SAP S/4HANA.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• RFID, voice pick, dynamic labeling, conveyor and goods‑to‑person automation technologies.
• AI‑enabled automation use cases.
• Cybersecurity, GxP and SOX compliance in a distribution environment.
• Agile, scaled‑agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
