Software Asset Management Product Owner – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications. The role combines SaaS product ownership, IT asset management, security, automation, licensing and financial optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned SaaS applications, driving automation, standardization and governance.
• Provide hands‑on technical administration, ensuring security, scalability and reliability while implementing SSO, MFA, conditional access and automated provisioning.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS solutions, analyzing utilization and spend to optimize licensing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity, Procurement, Finance, Architecture and Engineering teams to enforce auditable access controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SaaS application administration or IT Asset Management experience.
• Proven ability to configure, integrate and secure enterprise SaaS applications, including SSO and API connectivity.
• Strong analytical skills to translate utilization and cost data into business recommendations.
• Experience using AI, automation and low‑code tools to reduce manual work.
