Social Media Manager

About the role

Skin Gym is seeking a highly creative, organized, and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute its social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
• Own day‑to‑day management of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Plan content around product launches, retailer partnerships, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short‑form video content.
• Coordinate content shoots and collaborate with designers, creators, and photographers.
• Source and manage UGC for organic and paid usage.
• Oversee community management, engagement strategies, and brand‑advocate relationships.
• Support influencer and affiliate campaigns, identify creators for gifting, paid partnerships, and TikTok Shop opportunities.
• Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic and content performance.
• Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to continuously optimize content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience growing and managing social media for a beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Passion for beauty consumers and ability to stay ahead of trends.
• Excellent written communication for caption writing and community interaction.
