Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager based in Los Angeles to lead both the day‑to‑day execution and the long‑term strategic development of our social ecosystem. The role blends platform strategy, content orchestration, growth driving, and brand stewardship to ensure a cohesive, elevated brand presence across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social strategies that drive engagement and measurable results.
• Lead organic content creation, from concept to capture and editing, for photoshoots and in‑office assets.
• Build and maintain monthly and seasonal content calendars in partnership with creative and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce teams to produce paid advertising content.
• Manage influencer partnerships, creator relationships, and product‑seeding programs.
• Identify emerging platform opportunities and devise growth strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics, report findings, and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Work closely with founders, creative, and e‑commerce teams to integrate social media into overall brand and business objectives.
