Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B)

TOGA Technology is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own B2B campaigns, create compelling content, and partner closely with sales to generate measurable pipeline. This position is perfect for an early‑to‑mid‑career marketer who wants real ownership and visible impact beyond simple posting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Own and grow the company’s LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Design and execute lead‑generation programs in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
• Leverage Sales Navigator for targeted outreach and prospecting.
• Produce social posts, email copy, landing pages, and overall campaign messaging.
• Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and report results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid social and search campaign optimization.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales teams.
• Organized, proactive, and execution‑oriented.
• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
