Senior PPC Strategist

About the role

Plumber Marketing USA is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead paid search strategy for a portfolio of home‑services clients. You will own the end‑to‑end PPC strategy, work closely with designers and account managers, and directly influence client results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, Performance Max) for ~20 clients spending ~ $8,000/month each.
• Manage Local Services Ads (LSA/Google Guaranteed) and optimize landing pages in GoHighLevel using AI tools.
• Control budgets, bids, and campaign structures to lower CPA and improve ROAS.
• Maintain negative keyword lists, audience segments, and conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio and handle bulk changes via Google Ads Editor.
• Participate in client calls 1‑2 times per month to present strategy and results.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on Google Ads management with strategic ownership.
• Experience in home‑services PPC (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) strongly preferred.
• Google Ads certified (Search and Display) and solid knowledge of GA4, Google Ads Editor, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
• Strong spoken and written English; available 8 am‑5 pm CST, Mon‑Fri.
