Principal Growth Manager - SEO/AEO

About the role

Achieve is seeking a senior leader to own and execute its organic discovery strategy across traditional search engines and AI‑driven answer engines. The role drives brand visibility, organic revenue and traffic growth in a highly competitive fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the SEO/AEO strategy to rank for brand, category and competitor keywords on Google, Bing and large language model platforms.
• Optimize site architecture, schema markup, API feeds and Core Web Vitals to maximize legibility for search crawlers and LLMs.
• Conduct competitive rank analysis, identify white‑space opportunities and set performance targets.
• Partner with technical, content and BI teams to execute experiments, measure outcomes and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SEO/organic growth experience in high‑volume, competitive markets, preferably fintech.
• Proven record of delivering double‑digit lead growth and resilient strategies through algorithm updates.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate technical insights into business impact for executives.

Required skills

• Advanced SEO and AEO techniques.
• Schema markup and structured data implementation.
• Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Data architecture for AI search (API feeds, knowledge graphs).
• BI tools and A/B testing platforms.
