Social Media Content Creator – Part-time

About the role

BaubleBar is seeking a dynamic, self‑starting Social Media Content Creator to join its marketing team in Manhattan. The role focuses on creating original, trend‑driven content for BaubleBar’s social platforms and related marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Social team to execute the social strategy for core assortments and licensing partnerships (e.g., Disney, NFL).
• Leverage user‑generated content for product pages, emails, ads, and wholesale partners.
• Generate and execute creative ideas quickly, collaborating with Creative, Social, and Influencer teams.
• Stay informed on social‑media trends and platform updates.
• Deliver content on schedule, working three full days per week onsite at the Flatiron‑area headquarters.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of social‑media experience.
• Ability to work independently and be comfortable on camera.
• Strong eye for emerging trends and cultural moments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fun, creative, kind, and multi‑faceted personality.
• More than one ear piercing is a plus.

Required skills

• Video editing.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Canva.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop.
