Social Creative / Content Creator

About the role

Fast Horse, an award-winning creative communications agency, is looking for a nimble social creative and content creator who keeps pace with TikTok trends and social platforms. The role works with content partners such as influencers and in-house client teams to produce high-quality social content, and requires close collaboration with integrated team leads, strategy, social and influencer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for clients' social channels, from still images to motion and video
• Generate ideas and build on current trends to spark social conversation
• Work with influencers and client teams to direct and create deliverables
• Adapt creatively to changing internet and cultural trends, beyond classic marketing case studies
• Contribute to a culture of growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Required profile

• Experience creating content for social channels, with a strong sense of current trends
• Comfortable working with influencers and in-house client teams
• Experience at a creative, media or PR agency or in-house agency is a plus
• A portfolio or background showing versatility across industries, with an emphasis on social media, is a plus
• Recognition from award shows or work that generated cultural conversation is a plus

Required skills

• Mobile and desktop editing software
• Solid understanding of design that fits each social channel and reflects a brand's tone and voice
