About the role

Fast Horse, an award-winning creative communications agency, is looking for a Social Associate Creative Director based in Minneapolis. The role turns emerging trends into creative content that drives attention and engagement across owned social media channels, and works closely with integrated team leads, strategy, social, influencer and other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Turn emerging trends into creative content that gets attention and engagement across owned social media channels.
• Lead the team's creative vision and build on team ideas, adapting quickly to changing internet and cultural trends.
• Communicate creative ideas clearly to clients and partners and deliver results.
• Work closely with integrated team leads and other disciplines to conceive and execute campaigns.
• Contribute to a culture of professional and personal growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 5-8+ years of experience in a creative-driven environment.
• A portfolio or background showing versatility across several industries, with an emphasis on social media.
• Experience at a creative, media or PR agency, in-house agency or similar.
• An appreciation for craft such as PR, storytelling, copy or art.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work with integrated teams.
