Senior Project Manager

About the role

Fast Horse is looking for a seasoned project manager in Minneapolis to lead integrated projects covering design, digital, video and social content creation, experiential activations and influencer partnerships. The role goes beyond handling logistics: it is a partnership that helps push ideas forward and drives teams to deliver great work for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project workflow from inception to final deliverables, including creative workflow and execution
• Schedule and run team meetings (kick-offs, status meetings, creative reviews) and direct action items
• Develop and manage timelines
• Handle day-to-day client requests and communications
• Learn the agency's disciplines and processes, and coordinate with Integrated Team Leads to use the full range of agency disciplines efficiently
• Work with Integrated Team Leads on campaign SOWs, create and manage budgets, and track expenses and client billing accurately
• Source vendors, manage vendor relationships and invoices, and manage agency resources
• Keep projects on time and on budget across all disciplines

Required profile

• Agency experience required; 5-12 years of day-to-day project management experience
• Service-focused, proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage several projects in a fast pace
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give constant updates throughout a project
• Budgeting, negotiation and emotional intelligence
• Experience turning big ideas into successful executions, keeping teams motivated
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
