Social Community Manager – Daily Publishing & Engagement

About the role

Applied Intuition is looking for a Social Community Manager to own the day‑to‑day publishing and engagement on its owned social channels. The role focuses on building a credible, responsive presence for engineers, researchers and technical talent who follow the company’s work in physical AI.

Key responsibilities

• Publish content daily on X, LinkedIn and other owned channels, maintaining a consistent cadence.
• Maintain the social calendar, content queue and asset trackers to ensure timely delivery.
• Adapt approved messaging to each platform’s voice, format and best practices.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing Manager, writers, designers and subject‑matter experts to keep the content pipeline on schedule.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, respond to questions, acknowledge feedback and nurture relationships with the technical community.
• Track engagement metrics and surface insights that inform future content strategy.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with a passion for technical communities.
• Experience managing social media for engineering or developer audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep multiple content streams aligned.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment while handling occasional remote flexibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn publishing tools.
• Familiarity with content scheduling and asset tracking systems.
