Site Supervisor – Sanitation Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead sanitation operations at our customer’s food processing plants. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant environment while managing a team of Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of hourly sanitors and lead personnel across designated plant areas.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with governmental, customer, and company food‑safety policies and procedures.
• Evaluate team members for promotions or status changes and provide feedback.
• Enforce internal company procedures, including Technical Services, HR, Accounting, IT, and customer service standards.
• Assist laborers during peak periods (e.g., start‑up, pre‑operation) using independent judgment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising sanitation or food‑safety teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to interpret and enforce regulatory and company policies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
