Associate Process Engineer – Manufacturing Production

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate Process Engineer to design, develop and implement efficient production processes for mass‑production of eye‑care products. The role focuses on equipment layout, process optimization and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new or revised production processes, including optimal equipment layout and operation sequencing.
• Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery to factory conditions.
• Conduct tests throughout production stages to control variables and troubleshoot production problems.
• Provide technical guidance to product design engineering and ensure processes comply with GxP regulations and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 8 years, associate + 4 years).
• Fluent reading, writing and communication in English.
• On‑site work location in Fort Worth, Texas.
