Site Supervisor - Applicant Support Center

About the role

Amentum is looking for a Site Supervisor in Portland, OR, to oversee the overall operations of an assigned Applicant Support Center (ASC) location. The supervisor reports directly to the Regional and/or Deputy Regional Manager and covers administration, logistics, facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service, daily production and staffing as required by the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff such as Biometrics Technicians, Receptionists and Tiger Team BTs, and manage their scheduling to maximize the ASC's capacity.
• Monitor biometrics capture, IDP and biometrics processes through observation and/or participation.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to the PMO, including weekly production reports, customer service reports, timesheets, training records, quarterly inventory of Government Furnished Property, incident reports and other required documents.
• Train new ASC personnel using SOPs and other training materials, and provide leadership, motivation and career development support.
• Ensure compliance with company and program workplace policies, and handle personnel issues through counseling and coordination with HR.
• Maintain supply levels and costs, keep ASC records, and act as a substitute Receptionist if needed.
• Perform IDP, Biometrics Technician and Receptionist duties when assigned, after receiving Final Suitability Clearance and completing training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship is required for this location.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (customer service, administrative support or call center) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, or at least 1 year at an Applicant Support Center.
• Must be able to stand or walk 70% to 75% of each shift while doing repetitive motions.
• Must complete all required training after hiring.
• Preferred: a valid driver's license, as mobile routes may be required.
