Site Reliability Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our growing SRE team. You will help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our production platforms supporting mission‑critical healthcare and fintech services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first responder for production incidents, monitor alerts in Datadog, perform root‑cause analysis and communicate status.
• Continuously monitor application health, configure dashboards, and troubleshoot Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Participate in a weekday “Follow‑the‑Sun” support model and on‑call rotation for critical systems.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, C# or Java and support CI/CD pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate with software, DevSecOps, infrastructure and platform teams to improve monitoring, tooling and processes.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, procedures and ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HITRUST.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, infrastructure engineering or production support.
• Hands‑on experience with incident response, troubleshooting and escalation in high‑volume environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekday shifts as part of a global support model.

Required skills

• Datadog or similar observability platform.
• Kubernetes (monitoring, troubleshooting, workload management).
• Docker or other container technologies.
• SQL, MySQL or NoSQL databases.
• Scripting/programming: Python, PowerShell, Bash, C#, Java.
