Integrations Engineer

About the role

zerohash is seeking an Integrations Engineer to lead technical execution and onboarding for high‑value crypto infrastructure deals. The role focuses on CLOB FIX connectivity and related crypto products, working remotely for US/Canada‑based candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end integration workflows from contract signing through go‑live as the lead implementation engineer.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for CLOB FIX protocol and REST/WebSocket API integrations.
• Guide institutional clients through configuration of account funding, payouts, crypto deposits/withdrawals, RFQ, and staking services.
• Lead sandbox testing, order‑flow validation, edge‑case testing, and production deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve implementation blockers, API errors, payload misconfigurations, and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering to ensure seamless hand‑off and feature delivery.
• Continuously improve implementation playbooks, documentation, and automated testing tools.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years in integration engineering, technical implementation, or solutions architecture.
• Deep experience with FIX Protocol (4.2/4.4/5.0) in institutional trading or market infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage full technical implementations under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills for leading technical sessions with client engineers.
