Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist joins Moody's Know Your Customer Solution Delivery team to support clients in configuring and deploying KYC and AML SaaS solutions. You will work closely with project managers and product specialists to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and configure the platform to meet client needs.
• Install, upgrade, and test software, including unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to client administrators.
• Maintain project records using internal tracking systems and contribute feedback to improve the product suite.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Understanding of financial instruments in banking or insurance and experience with AML/KYC screening solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and client‑focused communication skills.

What we offer

• Base salary range $82,400 – $119,450 per year, plus incentive compensation.
