Site Manager – BuzzAttack Philadelphia

About the role

BuzzAttack Philadelphia, a Fever Original, is opening in December 2026 and is looking for a Site Manager to run the venue. The role covers day-to-day operations, keeps the site running smoothly and builds and leads the team of game masters. It is based in Philadelphia and is not remote.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations, manage and schedule on-site staff, and run sessions yourself during the week
• Keep shows on time, maintain equipment and facilities, and coordinate corporate and private events
• Uphold safety procedures and comply with local, state and federal regulations
• Write daily show reports and incident reports for the Production Company
• Manage the operations budget, prepare performance and budget reports, and control costs and inventory
• Drive attendance and revenue through programming ideas, group bookings and lead generation, and act as the public face of the venue

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, entertainment/attractions or a related field; live events or theme park experience is a plus
• Experience driving group sales and good understanding of budgeting and expense control
• Leadership, planning and organizational skills, and comfort working evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and reliable commute to the site

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
