Site Leader II – Philadelphia

About the role

Gopuff is looking for an entrepreneurial Site Leader II to oversee the operations of its Philadelphia facility. You will manage a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring a flawless customer experience while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as order picking time, order dwell time, drive time, order defect rate, and cost per order.
• Manage financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and expense targets.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies and legal regulations through regular reporting and audits.
• Implement HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve performance and control expenses.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments leading a workforce (retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and team development abilities.
• Proven change‑agent with a track record of improving processes and efficiencies.
• Availability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5 pm‑3 am) and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 49 lb during shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory and order management systems.
