Site Finance Manager – North Charleston Plant

About the role

The Site Finance Manager will provide financial leadership for the North Charleston plant within Eaton’s IS AER FMC division. Acting as a business partner, you will connect finance with operations and supply chain to drive continuous improvement and achieve plant targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Define key performance metrics with operational leaders and drive accountability for results.
• Provide financial insights for decision‑making, including capital deployment and resource prioritisation.
• Develop and monitor action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial analysis.
• Create financial models to assess scenario impacts on operational performance.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage operational costs, inventory control, and cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate profit planning, forecasting, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Lead capital spending planning and ensure appropriate prioritisation based on cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of four years of professional accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. citizenship or national status to access export‑controlled information.

• Competitive annual salary range $113,000 – $165,000.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with up to 10% travel.
