Shipping and Receiving Material Coordinator

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a motivated Shipping and Receiving Material Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound inventory flow across multiple warehouse and production locations. The role supports material movement, inventory accuracy, and logistics operations in a fast‑paced, sustainability‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments to customers and suppliers.
• Manage inbound receipt, recording quantities in the ERP system and validating quality documents.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations using power‑lifting equipment, including picking, packing, and scheduling shipments.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counting, and decanting parts for production.
• Create standard work documentation and train team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to PPE requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with forklift or power‑lifting equipment.
• Background in manufacturing, preferably aerospace, automotive, or a startup.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Forklift operation / power‑lifting equipment.
• ERP systems experience (e.g., PLEX, Oracle, SAP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
