Shipping and Receiving Clerk

About the role

BMW of Denver is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support the flow of parts and vehicles between the dealership, customers, and manufacturers. This full‑time, onsite position ensures accurate documentation and smooth handling of inbound and outbound shipments in a fast‑growing automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
• Process shipments according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Receive items, verify quantities, and update inventory systems.
• Communicate shipment status to internal customers and managers.
• Handle selected customer complaints related to shipping and receiving.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and report any incidents.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving role, preferably within an automotive dealership.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, drug test, credit check, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday with Sundays off.
