Senior Manager, Procurement Planning – SIOP & Analytics

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a strategic, analytically driven senior manager to lead procurement planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement across the Procurement organization. The role will serve as the planning and analytical engine, providing executive visibility into spend forecasts, supplier commitments, capacity constraints, and schedule risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Rowan's Procurement SIOP process, leading monthly, quarterly, and long‑range planning cycles.
• Consolidate demand signals from engineering, construction, commercial, and development teams into unified forecasts.
• Create supplier capacity planning models to identify future constraints and procurement risks.
• Develop and maintain procurement spend forecasts, financial models, cash‑flow forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics tools to improve forecast accuracy and procurement effectiveness.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, establish governance structures, and drive adoption of data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, finance, business analytics, or operations planning.
• Proven experience leading SIOP, IBP, demand or supply planning processes.
• Strong financial modeling, business analysis, and executive communication skills.
