Shift Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

The Shift Manager leads daily restaurant operations at a Taco Bell location in Hebron, IN. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will supervise crew members, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain a high level of customer service during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew members throughout the shift, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain compliance with product, facility, and food‑handling standards.
