About the role

The Shift Manager leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring every guest receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will guide crew members and fellow managers, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize each shift’s schedule, staffing, and tasks.
• Monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Communicate hand‑over details to the next Shift Manager for a seamless transition.
• Help assigned departments meet their operational targets.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain exceptional service levels.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced environment.
