Shift Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team during each shift. You will ensure that every guest receives fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily shift activities, including staffing and inventory.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions to meet brand standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance.
• Communicate effectively with the incoming Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
• Drive safety, security, and profitability goals during the shift.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
