Hospitality Internship – Fall 2026

About the role

High Spirits Hospitality is offering a full‑time, fall 2026 internship across several of its hospitality brands. Interns will shadow experienced staff, contribute to development projects, and work on weekend events while gaining exposure to sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow department leaders and assist with long‑term development projects.
• Support event planning, set‑up, break‑down, and execution for venues and catering events.
• Assist the marketing team with social media content, basic graphic design, photography and videography.
• Help the sales team with scheduling, lead outreach, proposal preparation, and venue tours.
• Perform general office duties such as greeting visitors, running errands, and maintaining Airtable bases.

Required profile

• Available 32‑40 hours per week, with presence in the office at least three days and 1‑2 weekend events.
• Must be 21 years old by the start date and possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
