Shift Manager – Fast‑Paced Restaurant Leadership

About the role

As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell in Peoria, AZ, you will lead the team during your shift, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive business initiatives and maintain a positive restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Manager in Charge (MIC) Success Routine to guarantee consistent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team members’ completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy while managing product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide regular performance feedback to the GM and constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in training, conflict resolution, and candidate screening with the GM.
• Assist with profit & loss management, cash control, inventory, and labor scheduling.
• Support facility maintenance and uphold health and safety standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform basic math tasks.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
