About the role
Taco Bell is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Service Champions in Peoria, AZ. You will deliver fast, fun and friendly service while learning the fundamentals of restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers, receive orders, process sales and handle cash transactions.
- Prepare menu items, maintain product quality and monitor service equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA and company standards.
- Unload, stock and maintain required inventory levels.
- Operate the cash register and make change for fellow cashiers as needed.
Required profile
- At least 16 years of age and a passion for serving great food.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math skills, completion of training certification, enthusiasm to learn and strong work ethic.
