About the role
Join the Taco Bell team in Peoria, AZ as a Food Champion. You will deliver fast, fun, and friendly service while learning the fundamentals of restaurant operations. This entry‑level position offers the chance to grow within the largest restaurant company in the world.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers: take orders, process sales, handle cash, and resolve issues.
- Prepare menu items and maintain product quality.
- Monitor and maintain service equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and safe according to Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
- Unload, stock, and maintain required inventory levels.
Required profile
- At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
- Enthusiastic team player committed to customer satisfaction.
