Shift Manager - Closing & Weekend Shifts

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Shift Manager (Shift Lead) for closing and weekend shifts at its Eagle Mountain, UT location. The role leads the team through shifts with energy and passion, resolves customer concerns so guests leave satisfied, coaches and guides team members and helps shape business initiatives with the management team. It suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs
• Oversee team members completing Shift Excellence tasks and keeping them clean and neat
• Ensure food safety, order quality and accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and give regular, constructive feedback to team members
• Train team members, handle conflicts and help the GM resolve them
• Assist the GM in screening candidates, profit and loss management, cash control, inventory and labor
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
• Help with facility maintenance and health and safety standards

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
• At least 18 years old
• Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs and basic math skills
