Shift Lead – Retail Hospitality

About the role

Boba Guys is seeking an enthusiastic Shift Lead to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts at The Burrow location. You will guide the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding hospitality to guests and support team members.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a proactive service approach.
• Deploy staff efficiently to maximize speed of service and guest satisfaction.
• Safeguard store assets by following safety, food handling, security, maintenance, and cash procedures.
• Monitor inventory, track shortages, and communicate needs.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management and delegation skills.
• Effective problem‑solving judgment aligned with Boba Guys’ values.
