Room Attendant – Housekeeper

About the role

The Room Attendant – Housekeeper ensures guest rooms are clean, well‑maintained and meet Hilton’s standards. This position offers a clear growth path toward supervisory and executive housekeeping roles.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Clean guest rooms to established standards, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and restock amenities.
• Report any needed repairs to management and process lost‑and‑found items according to policy.
• Perform house‑person and lobby attendant duties when short‑staffed or during peak periods.
• Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of safe work habits, use of protective equipment, and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards.
