Team Member – Opening Shifts (up to $16/hr)

About the role

Taco Bell is seeking enthusiastic team members to work opening shifts in Westborough, MA. You will provide fast, fun, and friendly service while learning and growing in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: take orders, process sales, handle cash and resolve issues.
• Prepare menu items and maintain product quality.
• Monitor and maintain service equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and safe according to Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and work ethic.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb.
• Enthusiastic team player committed to customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Operation of a cash register and making change.
• Basic math for handling transactions.
