About the role

The Shift Lead at Boba Guys ensures each shift runs smoothly, delivering exceptional hospitality to guests while supporting and developing the team.

Key responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to guests and guide the team to anticipate needs.
Deploy staff, manage inventory, handle cash, and maintain safety and food‑handling standards.
Coach and train team members, communicate essential information, and act as a problem‑solving resource.

Required profile

At least one year of work experience in a customer‑facing role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management and delegation abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and alignment with Boba Guys’ vision, mission and values.
