Services Consultant

About the role

As a Services Consultant you will combine technical aptitude, supply chain knowledge, and client‑facing skills to implement Manhattan Associates' software solutions for leading manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the product development team during software implementation.
• Understand client business requirements and configure Manhattan Associates software to meet those needs.
• Develop and execute test cases for software modifications.
• Manage client relations by providing business and systems expertise.
• Travel up to 50‑75% and work on small project teams with other consultants and supply‑chain professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience gained through internships, preferably supply‑chain related.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong interest in technology.
• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.

Required skills

• Understanding of supply‑chain software functionality (warehouse management, transportation management, RFID, reverse logistics, labor management).
• Ability to configure enterprise software to match business requirements.
