ServiceNow Senior Consultant – Cyber Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte's Cyber team is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join the GPS Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice in Chicago. You will work on client‑facing projects delivering ServiceNow solutions that strengthen cyber risk, governance and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements, user stories, and current‑state/future‑state process flows.
• Execute day‑to‑day engagements covering discovery, roadmap development, and implementation of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
• Analyze processes, controls and tools to identify automation opportunities across IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, Third‑Party Risk Management and AI Control Tower use cases.
• Configure ServiceNow forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, dashboards, reports, roles and access controls.
• Produce project artifacts such as functional designs, test scenarios, training materials, release notes and deployment support documents.
• Collaborate with client, functional and technical teams to support demos, UAT, defect triage, training, cut‑over activities and solution adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects in a consulting role.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, facilitate workshops and produce functional documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and ability to obtain required security clearance.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise – IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, Third‑Party Risk Management.
• Hands‑on experience configuring forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, reports, dashboards, roles and access controls.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower, Veza identity governance or Armis cyber asset discovery integrations.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, GRC, etc.) preferred.
