ServiceNow Product Owner Manager

About the role

The University of Miami Health System IT Department is seeking a full‑time Manager to own the ServiceNow product portfolio. You will guide the strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across clinical, research, and administrative services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning ServiceNow capabilities with institutional priorities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors.
• Drive platform adoption by establishing clear goals, KPIs, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Prioritize the product backlog, translate requirements into user stories, and conduct acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to produce wireframes, process workflows, and other agile artifacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑wide ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and measurable outcomes.
