ServiceNow Deployment – Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead ServiceNow deployment and cloud operations. You will design, implement and optimise secure IT and cloud infrastructures for our clients, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to maintain service reliability.
• Drive DevSecOps transformations and implement observability, AIOps and APM tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on governance frameworks such as COBIT and ISO 27001.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow or ITSM projects.
