Microsoft D365 CRM & Copilot AI Functional Lead (Manager)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Copilot/AI functional practice. In this managerial position you will guide delivery teams, partner with technical architects, and ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions that drive client efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and AI‑enhanced solutions.
• Collaborate with technical architects to design end‑to‑end solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and post‑go‑live support.
• Drive quality standards, manage client expectations, and resolve escalated issues.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm‑wide growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and translate business needs into technical solutions.
